Dog Mt. Frostbite

This is our annual fundraiser for Dog Mt. All the proceeds go towards site insurance & site maintenance (with the the lake staying low this season we may have more maintenance required in the LZ.) We will provide BBQ, condiments, and picnic supplies. We ask that you also bring potluck to spice up the variety! BBQ and Music is Saturday evening about 6PM. If your play an instrument or sing you may join the “Dog Mt. Players” on stage headed up by Gabe. We ask that all pilots join the event even if you don’t want to participate in the spot-landing contest. Awards for the spot-landing contest go to H2, Sing Surface, Double Surface, and PG. This is a kid friendly event, with activities for them as well!

Details:

• Bring a potluck dish, salad or dessert to share at the BBQ.
• Dry firewood is needed if you have any.
• Sign the new waiver at the registration in the LZ before you go up the hill.
• The gate lock will be changed Friday night, so the new key will be needed Saturday morning.
• Free camping at the LZ, but only porta-potties available, no running water.
• USHPA membership must be up to date if you plan to fly. (we will have USHPA temp. memberships available for visiting pilots from other countries.)
